If the device will not come off
Do not pull it. First turn the knob in the direction of the CLOSE arrow. If the knob will not turn, see emergency release. If you notice pain, congestion, swelling, numbness or discoloration, stop using it immediately and consult a physician promptly. In an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
